Jeffry Weinhuff is a highly experienced investment banker and investor who thrives on the challenges of making businesses grow rapidly in volatile industries. Mr. Weinhuff acted as co-founder and head of investment banking at Jefferies & Company, where he built the investment banking and capital markets businesses from its inception to the firm’s current status as a premier independent investment bank. Jefferies specialized in highly complex leveraged finance transactions and had a 100% success rate during Mr. Weinhuff’s tenure.  Concurrently, Mr. Weinhuff also served on the Board of Directors of Jefferies and head of the firm’s underwriting and credit committee. Jefferies financial results reflected this high performance, with the firm's stock price rising at a 37.5% IRR during his tenure. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Weinhuff was an integral part of the creation and development of Drexel Burnham's innovative and profitable high yield bond business, transforming the market for providing capital to growing companies. Working with his private equity clients, he participated in the explosive growth and professionalization of the leveraged buyout business, including co-founding the firm's Buyers Advisory Group. He was involved in the creation of many innovative securities structures including the first bond securitized by other bonds, a technique that resulted in billions of dollars of securitizations. In addition to successfully building financial service businesses, Mr. Weinhuff has been instrumental in helping his client/partners transform industries including the environmental, food, gaming, entertainment, retail , telecom, theme park and health and fitness businesses. He also acted as a member of the Board of Directors at Jefferies & Company.  Since 2000, Mr. Weinhuff has operated as the CEO of Inflection Point Capital LLC, a merchant banking operation specializing advising and investing in across a range of industries.
